Policy and Terms of Service


Applies To: All Clients under Monthly Service Agreements

1. Service Scope

I specialize in social media management and marketing for small businesses on Instagram and Facebook.

Monthly packages may include:

  • Content Creation (graphics, captions, hashtags)

  • Photography and Short Content Videos for Stories and Reels

  • Scheduled Posting

  • Monthly Reporting & Insights

  • Strategy Guidance (as applicable to the package)

2. Content Approval & Revisions

  • All content will be sent for client approval before posting.

  • Revisions are welcome, but must be requested prior to scheduled posting.

  • Once approved and posted, content cannot be altered or refunded.

  • Image Usage & Copyright

    • The photographer retains the copyright to all original images.

    • The client retains edits posted and crafted for social media platforms.

    • Clients receive personal usage rights for printing and sharing.

    • Commercial usage must be discussed and licensed separately.

  • Edits & Revisions

    • Basic retouching is included.

    • Requests for additional edits may incur an extra fee.

    • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of photo delivery.

  • Model Release

    Clients grant permission for their images to be used for the photographer's portfolio,

    website, and social media unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Contracts & Payments

  • Services are billed on a monthly basis with a minimum [insert term, e.g. 3-month] commitment.

  • Payments are due by the 1st of each month to avoid service disruption.

  • Late payments will result in a temporary pause of posting services until the account is brought current.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for services rendered within the first three months.

  • After the fourth month, eligible clients may request a partial refund if services have not been delivered as outlined in the package agreement.

  • All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely communication and approvals are key to a smooth workflow.

  • Delays in client feedback or approval may affect the posting schedule.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand assets (logos, photos, etc.) and relevant business information if necessary.

6. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel with a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle after the 3rd month of agreed commitment.

  • Any work already completed or in progress will be billed accordingly. This can be up to 50% of the monthly charge.

7. Communication

  • Primary communication will be via [email or Direct Message in Instagram]

  • Standard response times are within 12–48 business hours.

8. Liability

The Social Media Manager will not be liable for missed events due to late arrivals, uncooperative subjects, or acts of nature.

All reasonable efforts will be made to deliver quality content as promised.
